We are a group of caricature artists servicing Airdrie, Banff, Cochrane, Calgary, Strathmore and more. If we can drive there - we can draw there. We have been drawing live caricatures at festivals, digital caricatures at events and studio illustrations from photos in Calgary since 1991. DIGITAL / VIRTUAL CARICATURES

Digital caricatures and virtual caricatures are drawn in a similar fashion. Both are hard drawn caricatures drawn on laptop or tablet and if live displayed on monitor or projected for all of your guests to enjoy the process. We start from your photos and theme. A pencil draft is produced which you critique and comment on. Upon receiving your changes we redraw the image according to your feedback. With traditional caricature art we use graphite, lead pencils, markers and in some cases brushes. We use pencil crayons for colouring at events. Digital cariatures are drawn on tablet systems using drawing and paiting programs. It is a personal choice. The results will have their distinct looks depending n the media or style used.
